Job Summary
Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join their growing Easton, Maryland team. The position offers up to $5,000 sign-on and retention bonuses for full-time candidates.
About the Role
This role provides 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive culture. It does not involve high-volume, corporate-style care. The practice is PT-owned and offers direct access to leadership, paid mentorship, and fully funded certifications. New graduates are welcome with structured clinical mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
- Be involved in treatment, not just evaluations and re-evaluations
- Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs
- Engage in mentorship, continuing education, and specialty track development
Requirements
- Passionate about 1:1 patient care
- Experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Current Maryland license to practice physical therapy
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Current CPR certification
