Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community or Home setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist

Pay

$110/eval + 2 units

Schedule

Part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis.
