About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Dover, New Hampshire. We are pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing physical therapy services to older adults in their communities to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their homes
• Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions
• Participate in an interdisciplinary therapy team focused on functional outcomes
• Create, control, and alter your own treatment schedule

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification
