About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated, professional private practice dedicated to providing one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their communities. The Physical Therapist will play a pivotal role in abolishing ageism and driving rewarding patient outcomes through clinically excellent, autonomous interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities.
• Drive rewarding patient outcomes through clinically excellent, autonomous interventions.
• Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
• Be part of an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
• Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role in Massachusetts is $70,000 - $100,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.

Schedule

Available Opportunities PRN/Flex – PPU (~12-15 hours per week).
