Physical Therapist - Coverage

About the Role

As a Coverage Team Physical Therapist, you will provide outpatient care across multiple clinics in the region, traveling as needed based on coverage requirements. Your responsibilities include assessing movement dysfunction through patient history and physical exams, developing and modifying evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain. You will track patient outcomes, adjust approaches accordingly, and serve as a trusted advocate throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through patient history and physical exams.
• Develop and modify evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Serve as a trusted advocate for patients throughout their recovery process.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience.
