Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services in a SNF setting, assessing and developing treatment plans for patients.
- Deliver care to improve mobility and function.
- Full-time position with a focus on patient rehabilitation.
- Deliver therapy services over a 40-hour workweek with 8-hour shifts.
- Work locally in Union, New Jersey, with options for travel and other contracts.
- Contribute to patient recovery and functional improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant clinical experience.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule
