Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager - Outpatient

About the role

As a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) at CORA, you’ll make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment. You’ll develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Additionally, you’ll manage the daily operations of your clinic, including financial, administrative, and personnel management, and collaborate with teammates to grow your skills and clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Actively pursue professional growth through professional affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel management.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance skills and clinic culture.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.
