Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager

About the Role

Clinic Manager and Physical Therapist (PT) in an outpatient setting, responsible for managing daily clinic operations, developing personalized patient care plans, and delivering impactful physical therapy treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, inclusive physical therapy to diverse patient populations with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using advanced software and document evaluations, treatments, and discharges efficiently.
• Manage clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel aspects.
• Collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and a positive clinic culture.
• Engage in professional development through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.
• Passion for learning, growth, and making a difference.
