Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Physical Therapists in a high-performing outpatient clinic.
• Ensure the delivery of best-in-class patient care and unparalleled customer service.
• Promote a culture of integrity, honesty, and compassion in patient treatment.
• Support professional growth and continuous learning for team members.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with an accredited PT program degree.
• Demonstrated drive for professional growth and leadership.
• Experience leading and mentoring clinical teams.

Pay

Colorado pay range: $85,000—$95,000 USD (annual). Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
