About the Role

Join us as a Clinic Director, where you’ll lead a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff, foster a positive and patient-centered environment, and oversee clinic operations. This role balances leadership responsibilities with direct patient care, allowing you to develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, and shape a high-performing clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
• Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Passion for developing others required.

Pay

Estimated pay range: $90,000 - $100,000+ per year, based on experience, background, and geographic location of the clinic.

Schedule

Full-time position with an expectation of 10-12 patient visits per day.
