Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with daily patient needs such as medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and plan of care.
• Document patient care accurately and timely according to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to learning.
