Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
• Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs
• Engage in mentorship, continuing education, and specialty track development

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Maryland
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred
• Passionate about patient care and mentorship

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Passport to continuous learning and professional growth

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong manual therapy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
