Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement new healthcare and well-being service products for seniors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product functionality
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform product development
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product success
• Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare product management or a related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive innovation and creativity in product development
• Experience working with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively

Skills

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of healthcare data analytics and reporting tools
