About the role
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a variety of settings including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient clinics. Assist patients in regaining mobility and independence through therapeutic exercises and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical assessments.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve physical function and reduce pain.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of [State Name].
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a clinical setting.
