Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated Full-time and Part-time Physical Therapists to provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy services in community settings. Responsibilities Include Delivering clinically excellent interventions focused on functional outcomes.Working autonomously within an interdisciplinary team.Creating and adjusting treatment schedules for optimal patient care.Supporting older adults through Geriatric House Calls™ to promote independence. Qualifications Valid physical therapy license or eligibility in practice state(s).Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.Basic computer literacy and current CPR certification.
