- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Incorporate telehealth/virtual care for flexibility
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid PT license
- Degree from an accredited program
- Computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
- Able to meet physical demands including lifting and assisting patients
- A valid driver’s license
