Physical Therapist

Role Overview: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered, skilled physical therapy services in a supportive, hybrid acute/inpatient setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, implementing therapies, and collaborating with healthcare teams and families. The therapist delegates tasks to assistants and students, completes documentation, and provides assessments and consultations. Responsibilities Include Establishing and adjusting treatment plans based on discharge needs and functional goals.Educating and communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as necessary.Delegating interventions appropriately, ensuring competency and safety.Documenting care in accordance with departmental policies.Providing ongoing assessment, reassessment, and consultation services. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, valid Physical Therapist License, and no prior experience required; a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
