About the role

At Comprehensive Therapy & Rehab (part of the Unifi family), we believe physical therapy is about more than exercises and checklists. It's about helping people move with less pain, more strength, and more confidence — and helping them get pieces of their life back. Too many PTs are pushed into high-volume schedules that leave little room for true connection or thoughtful care. We're building something different: an outpatient clinic experience where you can treat one-on-one, build real relationships, and focus on quality over quantity. What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on treatment and progress patients toward meaningful goals
• Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team (case managers, respiratory therapy, authorizations)
• Keep documentation clear and timely so care stays coordinated and uninterrupted
• Help create a calm, encouraging environment where patients feel safe to try, rebuild, and improve

What You Need

• Graduate of a CAPTE/APTA-accredited PT program
• Active PT license (or eligibility) in the state of hire
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A patient-first mindset and strong communication
