About the role

Responsibilities
- New grads are encouraged to apply!
- Therapists manage their own schedules, ranging from 2 hours to 40 hours per week.
- Therapists are trained on Raintree EMR, a state-of-the-art practice management system.
- Therapists use Microsoft Office 365 for email, collaboration, and document sharing.
- Therapists receive a benefits package including holiday pay, PTO, health plans, disability and life insurance, retirement options, continuing education, and technology support.
- Mentoring is provided to new hires, with a paid hour a week of dedicated time with a mentor.
- The team supports a child-centered approach to therapy, focusing on results and family education.
- Marketing efforts include website optimization, phone calls, meetings, and participation in health fairs and expos.
- Monthly work-related mileage reimbursement is provided.
- Therapists are compensated based on experience and supervising a PTA.
- Physical Therapy licenses are required or eligible.
Qualifications
- Must have a relevant degree and license (PT, OT, SLP).
- Experience in a pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Raintree EMR.

- Holiday Pay: 10-12 holidays per calendar year including New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Wednesday-Friday), and End of Year Break (Christmas Eve - New Year's Eve).

Schedule
You create your own schedule ranging from 2 hours to 40 hours per week.
Pay
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience. Fee for service: $60.00 per session. Additional compensation is offered for supervising a PTA.
