The Clare is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions in a skilled environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical settings, particularly skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals in the rehab environment
• Adhere to policies and procedures established by The Clare, Medicare, and private insurance

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Clinical or work experience in skilled nursing facilities
• CPR certified
• Current certification with the American Physical Therapy Association
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and customer service
