Physical Therapist

Location: Carlisle, PA

About the role

Join a team of 4 PTs and 3 PTAs in a well-established outpatient center that treats a diverse patient mix including orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular, and post-concussion cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with college athletes and is open to both new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists. Strong mentorship is available for those starting their career. PRN positions are also available for those who prefer part-time hours.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Pay

Salary range: $82,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience. Additional incentives include a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in student loan assistance.
