Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for outpatient and/or inpatient populations.
• Deliver 1:1 patient-centered care focused on functional improvement and outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and specialty conditions.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and EMR standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery goals.
• Maintain clinical quality, safety standards, and productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain it current.
