Physical Therapist

Role: The Physical Therapist conducts individualized assessments and develops treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care, evaluates needs, adjusts care plans, and documents progress. Qualifications: Must have a degree from an APTA-approved program, current state license, at least one year of aide experience, and knowledge of developmental needs across age groups. Skills: Ability to make independent decisions, remain calm in emergencies, communicate clearly, and work independently and collaboratively.
