Physical Therapist

About the Role

A Physical Therapist providing medically prescribed treatment to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability for patients with injuries or medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate participants and develop written treatment plans.
• Administer treatments and communicate needs to staff.
• Conduct re-evaluations and update programs accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation adhering to standards and confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical discussions, and program development.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, families, and community resources.
• Plan and deliver staff in-service programs and participate in orientation.
• Write service summaries, manage billing, and perform related duties.
• Supervise PTAs and interns as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure in physical therapy.
• Preferred one year of experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Physical capability to perform heavy work, exerting considerable force.
