About the role

A physical therapist position is available in WaKeeney, Kansas, working both inpatient and outpatient in a community-based hospital setting with home health. The population mix is diverse, ranging from school kids to adult geriatrics, and the caseload includes neuro and orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market, and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients' families, and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Aid in the general operation of the department

Requirements

• Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
