What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement-based conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Deliver hands-on care including manual therapy, exercise, and functional training
- Educate patients on recovery, performance, and long-term health
- Collaborate with a high-level clinical team
- Engage with and educate the community Mentorship & Growth at R2P
- 13-week onboarding program (clinical, logistical, and procedural)
- Learning modules via Trainual focused on R2P philosophy
- Gradual ramp-up to 80% clinical utilization
- Weekly → biweekly 1:1 meetings with Site Director
- 30/60/90-day reviews with Director of Compliance
- 1-hour in-services every week:
- Director of Clinical Excellence DPT student presentations
- Chief Clinical Officer-led sessions
- In-house team education
- Year-long mentorship program led by Director of Clinical Excellence
- Monthly small group clinical discussions
- Monthly Site Director meetings (individualized growth)
- Quarterly leadership check-ins (career path + case review)
- $1,250 annual continuing education stipend
- Internal Dry Needling Program
- Board Certification reimbursement (OCS, SCS, Women’s Health)
- Quarterly hosted external courses
- 4 annual in-house CEU courses led by R2P clinicians
- Competitive salary starting at $80K+ for staff PTs $90K+ for senior PT
