About the role
We are Regency Care of Rogue Valley, a skilled nursing community in Grants Pass, OR, seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will support Occupational/Physical Therapist Assistants, develop realistic treatment goals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, organize, and administer physical therapy services according to current standards and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records management.
- Provide therapeutic procedures and support patient referrals.
- Develop and implement written treatment programs based on evaluations.
- Administer manual exercises and instruct patients in various physical activities.
- Fit, adjust, and recommend modifications to prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Contact referring physicians regarding patient care concerns.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Prior to onboarding, possess a current, unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of employment.

Pay
$5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
