Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide medically prescribed therapy for individuals with injuries, deconditioning, or musculoskeletal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate participants and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy treatments and conduct re-evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, families, and community resources to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in team meetings and serve on rehabilitation teams.
• Provide in-service training for staff as needed.
• Contribute to program evaluations and prepare service summaries.
• Assist in orientation programs for new staff or participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of experience preferred.
