Role Overview

This position involves evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, developing personalized treatment plans, and monitoring clinical outcomes to support patient progress. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the focus is on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining high standards for clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical histories and diagnose through observation and listening to concerns.
• Create individualized treatment goals using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent injuries.
• Record patient progress, modify care plans as needed, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current physical therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
