About the role

Assess patients, develop creative treatment plans, and execute care to promote healing, pain management, and functional independence. Maintain patient confidentiality, utilize clinical knowledge, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient data
• Conduct patient evaluations
• Formulate diagnoses and establish treatment plans
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide patient education
• Oversee support staff
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Contribute to community outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
