Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active (or in-progress) state PT license
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
• A team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care

Pay

Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000-$120,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

Schedule

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
