About the Role
We are seeking Physical Therapists to join a clinician-operated private practice specializing in Geriatric House Calls™ in various NY locations. You will provide one-on-one physical therapy services in community settings, promote clinically autonomous interventions, and contribute to functional outcomes through an interdisciplinary team approach.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid New York physical therapy license or eligibility
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer skills
- Current CPR certification
