Physical Therapist

Staff Physical Therapist (PT) Pay: $45–$75/hour (based on experience) We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with the care team, and support patients in improving mobility and independence. Responsibilities Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referralDevelop and implement treatment plans with physician approvalProvide therapy and monitor patient progressMaintain accurate and timely documentationCommunicate with physicians, nursing staff, and team membersSupervise PTAs, aides, and studentsParticipate in care planning, meetings, and discharge planningEducate patients and caregivers on ongoing care needsRecommend appropriate durable medical equipment Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in the WashingtonBachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferredStrong communication and clinical skillsExperience with EMR systems preferred We offer competitive pay, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
