About the role
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families on recovery & prevention.

Maintain thorough documentation in EMR.
Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing CE.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay
Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation (Base salary + monthly incentives + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement)
Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000
$5,000 Signing Bonus!
