About the role

360 Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team at our clinic located at 1382 S Cotton Ln, Goodyear, AZ 85338.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Build lasting relationships with patients and the local community
• Utilize an AI-supported EMR system to streamline documentation
• Provide services including manual therapy, functional rehab, aquatics, and pre/post-operative care
• Collaborate with clinical teammates to deliver exceptional outcomes

Requirements

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care

Qualifications

• Experience in orthopedic and sports medicine preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended clinic hours
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with convenient extended hours: Mon/Wed 8am–7pm; Tue/Thu 7am–6pm; Fri 8am–6pm
