Physical Therapist

About the role

Provides physical therapy treatment to patients with injuries, deconditioning, or musculoskeletal conditions to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate participants and develop and administer personalized treatment plans
• Document progress and communicate with team members, physicians, and families
• Attend meetings and participate in team discussions
• Educate staff through in-service programs
• Complete service summaries and billing activities
• Supervise PTAs and interns as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• State licensure
• Preferred one year of experience
• Ability to perform heavy physical work
• Ability to travel as required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
