About the role
We are seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Physical Therapists and staff
- Fostering a positive, patient-centered environment with high clinical standards
- Providing direct, evidence-based patient care with individualized treatment plans
- Overseeing clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling
- Building relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Supporting clinic growth and meeting operational goals
- Participating in professional development and leadership growth programs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active or eligible TEXAS Physical Therapist license
- Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required
