Physical Therapist At OrthoArizona, we’re bringing the best together to serve all orthopedic and sports medicine needs throughout the Valley. As a full-time Physical Therapist in our Glendale clinic, you'll work alongside a team of renowned orthopedic specialists, utilizing your physical therapy expertise to develop personalized treatment plans and help patients of all ages regain their mobility, alleviate pain, and restore functionality.

Pay

$80,000-$130,000 based on experience

  • We’re looking for new and experienced physical therapists who are excited to:
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, surgeons, athletic trainers, and sports performance experts—to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to outpatient care.
    • Assist patients in recovering movement, reducing discomfort, and restoring function using specialized physical therapy techniques.
    • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Trainers, and Aides.
    • Develop your skills through a generous continuing education program that supports certification and credentialing.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Valid Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist
  • Current CPR certification

Qualifications

  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Knowledge of specialized physical therapy techniques
  • Supervisory experience with Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Trainers, and Aides
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Continuing education and certification support
