About the Role
Join NovaCare in Waldorf, Maryland, where excellence and innovation drive patient care. We support your professional growth and empower patients to return to active lifestyles. We seek a full-time physical therapist with experience in outpatient orthopedics. You will treat a diverse population, including teens through geriatrics, and provide orthopedic, vestibular, and oncology rehabilitation. Average caseload is 10-12 patients per day, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatments. Leadership training is available for experienced clinicians.
Schedule
40-hour weekday schedule, including two evenings until 7:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled one hour before closing.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
