Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to children with developmental disabilities or delays, including but not limited to fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays, and medical needs.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Assess and evaluate children's progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure that home programs are consistent with the treatment plan.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.

Requirements

• Current Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
• One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

• Effective communication and professional demeanor with a wide variety of people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including database, word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems.

Pay

$53.50 - $62.25 per hour

Schedule

Hours vary based on department needs, but generally range from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
