Physical Therapist

About the role

Provides medically prescribed physical therapy to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating participants and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Administering treatments and communicating needs to staff.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Participating in team meetings, providing in-service training, and collaborating with physicians, families, and community resources.
• Serving on rehabilitation teams and supervising PTAs and interns.
• Writing service summaries, participating in orientation, and performing related duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• State licensure in physical therapy.
• Preferred: One year of experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.
