Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including medical, dental, behavioral health, and wellness providers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Document care accurately in the EMR system.
