About the role
Provide physical therapy services to patients using the Luna platform.
- On-site at various locations in Denver, CO
Responsibilities
Perform physical therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy sessions.
- Manage patient care plans based on individual needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
Must have a current license to practice physical therapy in Colorado.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
Experience with the Luna platform is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is helpful.
