About the role
Provide physical therapy services to patients using the Luna platform in various settings including on-site.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
Skills
- Knowledge of common physical therapy techniques
- Experience with the Luna platform

Pay
- Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually
