Provide physical therapy services to patients using the Luna platform in Surprise, AZ. Work flexible hours including part-time, full-time, and PRN options.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Arizona
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience with the Luna platform preferred
