Role & Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care by conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients and families to promote recovery and well-being.

Values a multidisciplinary team approach, models proficiency through precepting new staff, and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross with a valid card.
