Role Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in a facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Collaborate with team members and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity
• Support a patient-centered approach focused on improving movement, breathing, and overall well-being

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s)
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's with 5+ years of experience
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for helping patients thrive and a commitment to professional growth
