Physical Therapist

Role Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized, independent rehabilitative therapy in patients' homes and community settings. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and adjusting care based on evolving patient needs. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team to promote recovery from surgeries, illnesses, or accidents, helping patients regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience or successful completion of a probationary period as a Rehab Intern
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• Valid driver's license required outside Manhattan

Key Duties

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in patients' homes or facilities
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Practice independently within a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $85,000–$106,300 annually
• Per visit pay rates vary by location, with higher rates outside boroughs
