About the role

A Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating patients and providing therapeutic interventions to restore physical and developmental function across various care settings, including inpatient, outpatient, long-term, community, and home health care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Oversee and implement therapeutic interventions to promote patient independence
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Advocate for patients' well-being and support their goals
• Interpret data and implement evidence-based therapeutic plans
• Coordinate discharge planning and care goals
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
• Less than one year of experience
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of growth and development principles, therapeutic interventions, and healthcare regulations
