About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, promoting physical and developmental rehabilitation across various care settings, including inpatient, outpatient, long-term, community, and home health care. This hands-on, collaborative role involves interpreting data, applying therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care to restore function, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation programs.
  • Apply a wide range of therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate care plans effectively.
  • Promote patient self-determination and optimize resource utilization for independence.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet discharge goals.
  • Advocate for patients and ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Less than one year of physical therapy experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of clinical regulations.
  • Knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
  • Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
